In Q4,2012 TCS will hire 15000

The Software major Tata consultancy services said that it will recruit  nearly to 15,000 candidates in the month between January-March quarter and also with addition it will hire exceed its target of hiring 60,000 employees  for 2011-12 fiscal.

 The company have add 18,907 (gross) and 11,981 (net) people during the month  October-December quarter, adding its total of 2,26,751 employees.

 In previous quarter, TCS have 20,349 people, which would be  the highest addition by company in any of  the three-month periods. The attrition rate in the third quarter fall  to 12.8 per cent, Mukherjee added.

 

TCS hires freshers
