Population of Japan drops since world war II



Japan’s population drops in 2011 by  fifth year, falling into the most since the World War- II, after a recorded earthquakes and tsunami killed thousands of people recently, according to the health ministry of japan.

The japan’s population fell down by 204,000 to 126.24 million (in numbers) people previous year, the biggest decline since  1947.

The number of death rose to 5.3 % from year 2010 to 1.26 million people, according to the recent statement. The magnitude-9.0 earthquake and tsunami which rocked the Japan’s northeast coast in March 11 killed a number of 15,844 people and left 3,451 missing, according to data Dec. 30 statement from (NPA) National Police Agency.
